This includes identifying the roots of problems, generating and evaluating alternatives, and assuming responsibility for decisions. Topics cover problem analysis, the context of decision making, group decision making, planning for decisions, decision appraisal, financial assessment, dealing with uncertainty, implementation, and evaluations of solutions.
