Registration Checklist

At registration, we will require the following supporting documents;

• 1 copy of the child’s birth certificate
• 1 copy of child's passport photo page and Residence visa
• 1 copy of the child’s immunisations record [in English]
• 4 passport size photographs
• A completed registration and medical form
• 1 copy of the child’s sponsor’s (mother or father) passport and residence visa
