You are invited to apply for a Nursery place for your child for September . To apply you need to complete the Nursery Supplementary Information Form (SIF) which can be downloaded here. Paper copies are also available from the school office.
We also offer Nursery places to children aged from 2years 6months. All 3 and 4 year old’s are currently entitled to 15 hours a week of Free Childcare and Early Education (Universal Entitlement). Some 2 year olds are eligible for 15 hours. Please visit Waltham Forest Free Early Education and Childcare for more information on how to claim your 15 hours of free early education entitlement for 2 year olds.
Some working parents of 3/4 year olds are eligible to receive 30 hours of childcare (extended entitlement). To check your eligibility for the additional 15 hours for 3/4 year olds, please visit Childcare Choices for further information.

To apply for a place at Our Lady & St George’s Catholic Primary School you must apply online via eAdmissions website through the Local Authority where you are resident and also complete a school Supplementary Information Form (SIF) Reception SIF. You can download the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) or collect it from the school office.
The Supplementary Information Form is returned to the school. The closing date for submitting applications for Reception 15th January.
If you are unable to apply online you can download and print the School Primary Common Application Form and submit your application to the Local Authority where you are resident.
Parents will be informed by the Local Authority of the allocated school place on National Offer day on 17th April.

If you have moved to the area recently or would like your child to move schools during the academic year, you will need to submit an in-year application directly to Waltham Forest Admissions and complete the online In-Year Common Application Form for Admission to a Waltham Forest School (iCAF) .
In addition to the iCAF, you will need to complete the school’s Supplementary Information Form (SIF). You can download the form by clicking on the link below or collect an application form from the school office. The completed form should be returned to the Admissions Officer, 140 Shernhall Street, Walthamstow E17 9HU.

If your child has an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and you want to change their school, contact the SEND Service on 020 8496 6503 or 020 8496 6505.
