Fill in e-Application Form

Applications are open to the public, and applicants must apply online during the designated time period. Please note the following before beginning the application:

• Select Preferred Classes. Please refer to the “Class Structure & Activity Times” and “Numbers of Admissions ” and select your preferred class(es) and time to help you prioritize your preferences.
• Payment. The online registration system will charge the application fee via PayPal. You may choose to pay by credit card or PayPal account. The application fee for the PN is 40HKD.
• Document Preparation. Online applications must be submitted with the following documents (in separate files in JPG format (200dpi) with each file size less than 10MB):
  • a) A recent passport size photo of the applicant;
  • b) A copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate (Please provide the original documents to show proof if applicant’s name changes);
  • c) Evidence to indicate the applicant’s parents or elder siblings have graduated from or are studying at our school (if applicable) e.g. report card, student card, student handbook, etc.
• Confirmation. Upon completing the online application procedure, a confirmation letter with an application number will be displayed. This means the application form was submitted successfully. A copy of the confirmation letter will be sent to the email address(es) provided by parents. If you do not receive a confirmation letter, please check if it has been sent to your spam email folder. Please also add admissions@cbvictoria.edu.hk to your safe email list, and print or save the confirmation letter for your own record.

Attend Interview

• Each child can be accompanied by up to two adults (at least one parent) to enter the school premises.
• Child Interview
  • Each applicant can be accompanied by only one adult to attend the interview in the classroom.
  • The interview will be conducted in small groups, led by teachers in both Chinese and English, who will observe the child's performance. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

Parent Interview

• If parents choose to do an interview in person, up to two adults (at least one parent) can come to the campus. One adult is to accompany the child and one parent is to meet the school administrative staff according to the schedule listed above.
• Parents can choose to do an interview via an online platform, details will be announced later.
• If parents choose the online "Parent Meeting," the child still needs to attend the on-site interview.
• If the applicant's elder siblings (by blood) are studying at our school or graduated within three years will be exempt from the meeting with the administrative staff.

• Please do not stay behind and leave the premises as soon as the interview finishes.

Step 3: Application Result Release

The application result will be announced via the Interview Result Announcement Platform, parents can also check for the result by logging onto our Platform. An email regarding interview results will also be sent to parents.
