Admission Process

Application Process

To join our school community, please follow the admissions process below.

Step 1: Visit to the enquiry page.

Step 2: Once you have completed the entire enquiry including the payment of the registration fees, the admissions team will contact you directly to schedule an appointment for a school tour/entrance exam.

Step 3: Submit the below required documents via admissions@renaissanceschool.ae

• Emirates ID card back & front (Copy of child’s and both parents)
• Passport (Copy of child’s and both parents)
• Residency visa page (Copy of child’s and both parents)
• 1 recent passport size photograph of your child
• Copies of your child’s last school reports for all children entering Grade 1 and above (in English);
• Copy of your child’s immunization Card and completed medical report

As per KHDA regulations; if your child is offered a placement (Grade 1- Grade 8), a Transfer Certificate or Leaving Certificate from the previous school is a must to complete your enrolment process. Transfer certificates (TC) are an integral part of the KHDA registration process.

Step 4: Offer & Acceptance

For entry into Kindergarten Stage

We use a play based assessment, screening the emotional, social and communication skills of the child.

For entry to Grade 1- Grade 8

There will be a one-to-one assessment with a trained member of staff.

Our Faculty Team are trained in student development and are aware that each child is different and unique with varying abilities.

Upon review of the assessment, a member of our admissions team will send out the acceptance letter for your child. To accept the offer, a payment of a deposit is due within 7 days (this amount is fully deductible from the semester fee). Your child’s enrollment is guaranteed once we receive the seat deposit.
